OpenCode Adapter

The OpenCode adapter connects OpenCode to FORG using OpenCode's native MCP configuration. FORG registers a managed MCP server entry so OpenCode sessions, task tracking, and tool-use metadata are attributed automatically.

Install

forg connect opencode

How it works

FORG writes an MCP server entry backed by npx -y forg-mcp@latest into ~/.config/opencode/config.json. Restart OpenCode after connecting so it reloads the config and starts the FORG MCP server.

Verification

FORG_KEYSTORE=file:// forg status
# Then restart OpenCode and start a new session.
